Before your appointment, you’ll keep a food diary for a week. During a detailed intake session, we’ll analyze your current eating habits and discuss your goals and any physical complaints you might have. Based on that, you’ll receive personalized nutrition (and exercise) advice. If you’d like, I can also create a training plan for you.
To ensure the advice perfectly fits your needs, I offer different packages. After that, you’ll have a solid foundation and practical tools to start your healthy lifestyle! If you wish, you can continue to receive guidance after your package by booking a follow-up consultation.

The best part was that I noticed a difference really quickly. After just 2 weeks, I had already lost 2 cm around my waist! I also have much more energy now and might be sleeping better than ever. And where I used to catch every little virus, now I’m the only one who isn’t catching a cold when everyone around me is sniffling. I’ve now found a great balance in the way of eating Joanna taught me, and I feel so good that I wouldn’t want to go back to how things were.
I thought I used to eat fairly healthy and varied. Still, I was always hungry and often felt weak and sluggish in the afternoons. I had to eat to stay sharp and on my feet. And I did. And I saw it on the scale: another kilo every year. Time for action! From Janneke, I received simple tips and recipes for a new eating pattern with healthy, slow-burning foods. The result? More stable blood sugar, so no more dips and shaky hands. But more energy, less hunger, and 8 kilos lighter.
Within a few weeks, I had already lost 5 cm around my waist, which is of course very motivating!
